Shipping policy

All items are manufactured upon order. Manufacturing lead times range from 3 to 10 Business days, depending on the items ordered. Collection addresses refers to the Cape Town Warehouse, situated in Atlas Gardens Business Park, our Showroom in Edenvale OR our Collection Point in Pretoria. 

Teepees and accessory items are packaged and shipped to the destination address and the applicable shipping rates for that area will apply. 

Teepees are shipped free of charge nationwide.
